These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Merchant", or "Customer") and DishboardApp ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), regarding your use of DishboardApp (the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

DishboardApp provides tools for restaurants ("Merchants") to manage digital menus, generate QR codes, receive orders, and process payments via third-party providers.

We are a technology platform only. We do not prepare food, deliver orders, or act as a restaurant.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Payments & Transactions

Payments are processed through third-party providers. By using these services, you agree to their terms.

We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the agreement between Customer and Merchant.

Refunds, disputes, and fulfillment issues must be handled directly with the Merchant.

5. Merchant Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate menus and pricing.
• Comply with all applicable food and safety regulations.
• Ensure quality and safety of all products.

We are not liable for food quality, safety issues, or customer health outcomes.

6. QR Code & Platform Usage

• Merchants are responsible for QR code placement and security.
• We are not liable for misuse or tampering of QR codes.
• Real-time data may occasionally experience delays.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Fake orders or payment bypass attempts.
• Reverse engineering or system abuse.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software related to the Platform are owned by DishboardApp. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without permission.

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may modify or discontinue features at any time.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms or other reasons at our discretion.

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates third-party services (e.g., payment processors, hosting providers). We are not responsible for their performance or policies.

13. International Use

Our services may be accessed globally. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws in their jurisdiction.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. However, we may comply with additional laws depending on user location where required.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
